“Stay Alive,” a solo track sung by Jungkook and produced by Suga, was created for 7FATES: CHAKHO. This urban fantasy webtoon follows seven tiger hunters as they combat supernatural creatures known as beom (tiger). “Stay Alive” premiered on Webtoon on February 5 and was released across streaming platforms on February 11.

“Stay Alive” debuted at No.8 on Billboard‘s Global 200 (Excl. US) chart, making it the first song by a Korean male soloist to enter the Top 10. “Stay Alive” is also Jungkook’s first solo song to debut on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart! It debuted at No.95.

Thanks to “Stay Alive,” Jungkook is now the first Asian soloist to spend three debut days on Spotify Global Top 10. “Stay Alive” also became the solo song with the most iTunes No.1s in 24 hours. How many No.1s, you ask? 98!

Not long after that, “Stay Alive” became the fastest solo song in history to score 100 No.1s on iTunes. Jungkook is now the only Asian soloist in iTunes’ history to spend five days at No.1 worldwide!
