Mnet Clarifies There Is No IZ*ONE Album Coming Out, Not Even On Amazon

“We believe there has been a misunderstanding on Amazon’s side.”

Earlier in November 2019, IZ*ONE announced the cancellation of their comeback showcase and postponed the release of their new BLOOM*IZ album, as all four seasons of the Produce 101 series turning out to be rigged.

For a brief moment though, IZ*ONE fans had hope — after fans shared online their chat logs with Amazon‘s customer service representatives revealing that the now-delayed BLOOM*IZ album will in fact ship as scheduled.

On several occasions, with multiple representatives, Amazon’s customer service center reassured the fans…

… that their products will become available for sale on the promised date of November 22, 2019 and will ship as purchased.

On November 17, 2019 KST, however, Mnet verified with a Korean press that there is no album release whatsoever, not even on Amazon.

IZ*ONE’s new album has been postponed. We believe there has been a misunderstanding on Amazon’s side. We have asked Amazon to remove the link to the page selling the album.

Meanwhile, Mnet continues to refund all pre-orders on IZ*ONE’s BLOOM*IZ album. Likewise, according to Mnet, all albums set to go on sale via Amazon are also being withdrawn. Fans remain brokenhearted by the news of the cancellation of the album release.
