TVXQ to unveil special album “Rise as God”

Cassiopeia and Bigeast rejoice as TVXQ is set to release their special album Rise as God a day before Yunho’s enlistment.

This is exciting news as their previous Korean album, Tense, which commemorated their tenth-year anniversary, was released over a year ago. This album’s title, Rise as God, is a play on TVXQ’s name translated in English, “Rising Gods of the East.”

Fans will be excited to hear that this album holds a double title track, both solos sung by each Yunho and Changmin. In addition, two music videos will be released, showcasing each of their solo songs. The songs in this album will cover an array of genres, showing the artists’ musical flexibility.

Rise as God will be released on July 20th. The ten-track album will include two versions: a black version and a white version.

Currently, Changmin is busy acting in his new drama The Scholar Who Walks the Night, and Yunho, finished with web drama I Order You, is relaxing as his enlistment date of July 21st draws near.
