TXT Are GQ Japan’s “Men Of The Year Pop Icons” For 2021

They’re not called the “4th Gen It Boys” for no reason!

TXT has become one of the most beloved K-Pop groups worldwide.

They regularly top charts. Recently, it was announced that they topped the Japanese Oricon Weekly Album chart with five consecutive albums. This includes the second mini-album, The Dream Chapter: ETERNITY, the third mini-album, minisode 1: Blue Hour, the first Japanese album, STILL DREAMING, the second full-length album, The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE, and the first Japanese EP, Chaotic Wonderland. With five albums topping the chart, they are the second foreign artist to make this record, after company mates BTS.

So, naturally, they would be recognized for their achievements for 2021 by Japan. Thus GQ Japan has awarded TXT their “Men of the Year Pop Icon” award for 2021. The magazine acknowledged TXT’s recent achievements, such as ranking on Billboard 200 chart.

TXT are included in GQ Japan‘s “Men of the Year” list with “Best Actress” Kasumi Arimura, “Best Comedian” Yuriyan Retriever, “Breakthrough Actor” Takumi Kitamura, “Breakthrough Artist” LEX, among many other popular entertainers.

While TXT have given us many unique concepts this year, rockstars, skater boys, etc., they’re wrapping up 2021 by serving high-class vibes for GQ. James Bond, who? We only know TXT.

They’re not called the “4th Gen It Boys” for nothing! They always own magazine covers.

We’re so proud to see how TXT has grown over these past couple of years since their debut.
