Gracie Abrams Becomes The First Non-Korean Celebrity To Join Weverse … And More Are On The Way

Is BigHit Entertainment moving into the Western markets?

Weverse is already home to many of the BigHit Labels artists, including BTS, TXT, SEVENTEEN, NU’EST, ENHYPHEN and more. Recently, soloists such as Sunmi, CL and Henry were also brought on board the multimedia platform. Weverse has recently gained its first non-Korean celebrity though – Gracie Abrams.

Gracie was announced to have joined the Weverse crew on 25 November 2020. She’s housed under Universal Music Group. Her successful singles include “Stay”, “21” and perhaps her most famous, “I miss you, I’m sorry”.

As Gracie has been named the “one to watch” by many publications including Live Nation, Vogue UK, Fader and Pigeons and Planes, she’s certainly a great choice for Weverse to move into the Western market. It is also said that other Universal Music Group artists are set to join soon, including soloist Young Blood.

Weverse is a communicative multimedia platform that allows artists to not only communicate with fans but to deliver the hottest news first hand. Gracie has yet to give a statement about the news.
