He firmly begins his answer by saying “Don’t hurt yourself.” He discusses how people may have stress or go through difficult times, but self-harm is not a healthy way to deal with these situations.

He also states that you never know what may happen in the future: If something bad transpires, you may feel regretful for your past choices.

You never know what’s going to happen in the future. Something might go wrong, there might be a turning point and from then on you can feel really, really regretful.

Chan states there are alternatives to relieving stress that are much healthier. He hopes that if fans are feeling lost or struggling with these issues themselves, they can find comfort in his words.

If you really, really can’t help it or if you really just don’t know what to do or you’re really really lost, as I’ve always said: Come here, look for me, ask me, talk with me.

— Bang Chan

Chan says he’ll do what he can to help relieve fans’ stress and help them get through any difficult times.
