The Subtle Way TWICE’s Nayeon Included Her Members In Her “IM NAYEON” Solo Debut Album

Did you notice it?

TWICE‘s Nayeon recently made her long-awaited solo debut with the bubbly summer song “POP!”

Unlike all other songs released during her career, it was one that she had to work on by herself. It may have had its advantages, such as the freedom to explore many music styles, but it wasn’t without its drawbacks. The biggest disadvantage of all, according to the popular singer, was that she missed the company of her members and the support they’d give each other during practice.

It was precisely because she loves the eight girls that she made sure to reference them in her album’s jacket shooting! Because they couldn’t be there in person, Nayeon and her staff thought of a subtle way to include them.

In one of the pictures, she can be seen standing in front a plain white wall decorated with ribbons of different colors.

According to a behind the scenes video, the ribbons represent each member and their respective colors.

She got even more creative and draped them over her head!

She even raised them all up on one hand.

It was a simple and sweet way to show that Nayeon will never forget the girls, even as she goes solo!
